Roocruitment is a small, tactical agency that acts in a consultative and strategic way with each client and candidate to ensure the right fit occurs each time, everytime. 

We are a new business bringing a wealth of experience, passion, contacts and knowledge gained from working throughout the global customer service arena.

The business is owned and managed by David Hill, a veteran with almost 25 years experience in the customer service industry. David is not new to recruitment having overseen large internal campaigns and strategic position hires in many previous roles, he has also held a senior role in one of the worlds largest recruitment agencies where he managed customer service recruitment across Australia and New Zealand. 

David will personally screen and interview each candidate prior to their CV being put forward to our clients ensuring a lower number of client interviews and a higher success rate.

At Roocruitment we don't want to take over the world of recruitment and be the biggest, we do however want to offer world class service to all our clients and candidates alike.
